The changes that were made in the last update made the app much more difficult to use and were in no way an improvement to the user experience. Please don’t change the look of the app just for looks. If it’s not more user friendly the don’t change it.

Connect checking with savings
Great but need to allow customers to connect their savings with their checking to pull from when needed. All my other banks allow this.
Can longer use the app
It told me I had to update. So I did. Now all it does is open the splash screen and that’s it.
Liked previous site better
Too many steps in bill pay. Confirmation numbers are no longer given. I don’t like that.

Switch banks asap
App never works when I need it to. It physically won’t let me log in or anything so I can’t switch money over, they are always having service problems with their online and the app.
