Idiotic waste of time
Wastes my time then looses all the detailed data it demands to fill out a report. Ridiculous! Just use the website or call the city on phone and let them waste their time with their worse than useless tech!
Used to be good, now it’s completely useless
This app was great for submitting issues in Bellevue. But now it won’t even open despite reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, etc.
It could be an issue with ios14, or just a general lack of focus from the developer.

1...I just now submitted a VIEW OBSTRUCTION problem at an intersection in Bellevue. The app asks “What is obstructed?”. I had to specify “other“, and put “VIEW OBSTRUCTION” in the discription.
2...Also, the app keeps refusing to allow me to finish filling out the description form. I had to keep hitting the “back arrow“ to go back to the previous pages. But often, not even that worked. I almost had to start all over again.
The app appears to be simple to use, but it is FRUSTRATING.

Wayyyy easier than trying to find this stuff on the city website.

Great service which most cities don't offer. All the important information in one place.
Only works when iPhone language is English
My iPhone language is set to non-English. The app could not display non-English characters for issues I reported. Please fix this as I cannot use this app and I have no plan to change my iphone language because of this faulty app.
