Too slow and dum
First off you shouldn’t need to enter very long account numbers to select “from” and “to” accounts for the transfer. This is dumb. This should list you your existing accounts period.
Second there is no need to enter name and other demographic info to make an internal transfer. The whole thing defeats the purpose of the practicality of an app
Second when you chose the source and the destination of a transfer as the same, the app should tell you you can’t. But it executes the transfer then you go to the atm machine just to realize the transfer didn’t take place and u don’t have the money in place. And on top of that the app stores that dumb transaction as a default template, causing you to repeat the same stupid transaction. I had to go inside the bank for the manager of the bank to explain to me why the transaction did t take place
This app should just be taken down. Period.

App is very slow to and doesn’t deserve to be on the App Store. Please update or remove it from the and rebuild the app from scratch because it’s just a mess of an app. I just managed to give you guys one star for just remembering that your customers at least deserve a mobile banking.

La BOA me demande de payer 1100 F CFA par mois pour pourvoir utiliser leur application qui devrait normalement être gratuite. La banque me fait un prélèvement mensuel de 660 F pour la carte sesame qui te permettrait de t’identifier dans l’app MyBOA. Près toutes les banque du Bénin ont des apps gratuites maintenant à notre génération. De toute façon je fermerai le compte si c’est impossible d’avoir accès gratuit à leur app. 😡😡😡
