Aceste aplicatii ( mobile banking ) sunt gratis in Europa, numai la noi se cere taxa si pentru respirat aer!!!!

Useless app
I manage to login once in 7-10 attempts and then it freezes. Can’t do anything. It just shows that is loading something and after a while it asks for the login pin again.
It requires a lot of time and patience to actually complete a task.
It has been updated numerous times by the developer but it doesn't seem to change anything for the better.

Not satisfied
A bad application, it takes a while untill you login, even with face id that doesn t always work. Il gives us nothing but lags. You shoulf invest more in this app, you are a big bank, not a magasine from the corner of the street. I give one star because I don t have the option to give - stars.
Miserable
Their app was freezing and not loading so I thought I might just give it an update and it should work...Big mistake! Now I cannot even enter the app because the app states that my device is jailbroken...and it is not. - iOS 13.1, iPhone 11 Pro.

-it’s difficult to make payments, many unnecessary ways to prevent fraud when you do online payments...codes, phone checks...
-no active information about transaction that you have made for no more then one hour ago
- after a simple transfer of money you have to wait 24 h.

Worst experince ever
They don t even let you know they re having maintanance issues, the app simply refuses to work, no notice, nothing! Blocked in the middle of a transfer, now nothing shows up in the app. Great, BRD! Keep it going! Thank God I m closing the account. Transilvania and Unicredit should teach you guys how to handle your customers.

Very slow at updating the payments
Sometimes I receive the news after weeks, if not months after they’ve been done. The only good part is that the budget is correct, but besides that I am very disappointed!!
Buggy App
I can’t enter MyBRD Mobile through the app; I always get the “Login failed!” error message, even though I enter the correct password. On the other hand, I can enter MyBRD Mobile Token and use functions like “OTP” and “Sign” which are required for transfering money through the site - the problem: this menu can be entered regardless of the entered password, as long as the length is valid.

Notification bug... still not fixed after the last update
After IOS 14 rollout the app was finally updated however the notification bug is still present. So, it’s really just a compatibility update... not much guys, not much at all.
For such a huge bank this app is not a mirror for your services.

No longer working after ios update.. solved
It wasn’t the best app ever but it did it’s job. After the last ios update it is no longer opening, just goes straight to background. Found a fix... there is an update but it is not showing automatically. Find the app in the store and hit Update, solved the issue.
App is not working- fixed for IOS 14
I updated to IOS 14, the app opens then, returns to Home Screen. How can this be fixed, without me going to the bank again to register me for the log in (the procedure was done in the past, after uninstalling the app, there was no other way to use it... when will this happen via Email ? Since now are also health concerns)

Ios 14 app not working
Please fix the ios 14 upgrade bug. App stops at splash screen. Otherwise the app was ok
App broken
After iOS 14 the app is completely broken. I cannot open it, ergo cannot make payments, cannot see my balance.
I normally wouldn’t mind if it was down 1-2 days after the update. But it’s already ludicrous.
I went to another bank and I assume many more will if you do not get this fixed :). Now is not the time to spend so much time in and out of banks

Upgrade to IOS 14 broke the app
Upgrade to IOS 14 broke the app, reinstall the app same issue . At the bank no solution or explanation found :/

Please update the app so it can be available for the latest ios update!! The app won’t even open, let alone view my bank statement or do any transfers.

The application is crashing on IOS 14, and I am not able to do a simple transaction ... really frustrating, some QA tester should have tested it before in IOS 14 Beta.
