Zoom links don’t sync to calendar & app won’t allow copy paste
The app has a major flow of not allowing copy/paste of Zoom links and not syncing the Zoom link to a calendar (instead, only including the appointment title and time/date). Since we prefer to join Zoom calls from our computer (not mobile devices), this means we have to manually type the Zoom link into our calendars for each and every virtual meeting, which is very annoying.

Not the worst app ever
To submit something you have to press submit 3 times the first 2 don’t count. There is poor app support and the clinical sites who use the app have no knowledge. There is no way to view or edit data once you do finally submit. There is also not a way to undo a submission in case you have big fingers like me and press the wrong button it’s already too late.
