Needs An Urgent Updates And Bug Fixes
I am writing as a concerned online student regarding ongoing issues with the Blackboard forum when accessed through MyBSCConnect. In order to meet my weekly discussion response requirements across multiple days, I often need to reply from my phone, as I am unable to bring my laptop to work due to WiFi restrictions… and well I work at a greasy restaurant.
Previously, I had no trouble accessing discussion threads on my mobile device. However, recently, when attempting to open any of my courses through Blackboard via MyBSCConnect, the app repeatedly crashes. The screen alternates between loading and going blank before ultimately forcing the app to close. Even after waiting 20–30 minutes and attempting to reopen it, the issue persists, making it nearly impossible to complete my coursework on time when away from my laptop.
The Blackboard app is an essential tool for students who rely on mobile access, and its convenience is greatly appreciated. However, it has not received any updates or bug fixes in over eight months, resulting in significant performance issues.
