Doesnât Work..
Too often the app doesnât even open. Gets frustrating when youâre trying to track your little ones on the bus or trying to find out where the bus is so youâre not waiting for forever in the cold. The app desperately needs fixes and would be much appreciated by all parents having to use it.

This is probably the worst outdated app Iâve ever had the misfortune to use. Unfortunately I donât have much choice unless I want the kids to be standing at the bus stop all day when itâs been cancelled đ
Surely with todayâs technology the bus company can do better? I can track where my Timmieâs delivery is in real time but god knows where my kids are!!!

Pathetic App, useless
Very bad experience so far. Not user friendly, dont have any options to add routes or do any change once registered. I added a route for my child, later on realised that its only morning route. Now i am unable to find any option to add the PM route. This app is beyond pathetic. I have used atleast 2 other bus app of different service providers, they were great to use.

Idea is great, but itâs very poorly executed
Maybe it works better for country pickups where it takes 10 min to get to the next stop, but for the city, itâs not reliably accurate at all.
Since it takes 1 minute for the bus location to refresh; in town the stops are so close together that the bus can hit multiple stops before the refresh. The minute countdown only seems to work when the app is open, if you close the app, or your phone blacks out, the timer restarts at 59s. Sooo annoying.
Itâs also just inaccurate in general. Bus location wonât refresh at all for a long time and then it skips 4 stops.
I really wish they could make this more accurate and in real time. Or make the refresh time like 10 seconds max.

Does not work
Have never gotten the app to work. Tried on multiple devices and re-download. Just freezes at the open screen.
App is not working
I think app owner do not check there app, this app is not working from long time. How we can navigate our child. As itâs not showing location of bus and we do not track our kids. So resolve the issue.
No response ever
What can I expect from them. No response at all. Send many emails, filled up concern forms. But no words from them. They donât care the users because they are getting business (money)from CBE.
No App Support
I have been trying to get into my app as i forgot my password but no one is responding to my email neither have i received any link to reset my password. Last 2 years I used this app , it freezes all the time. Hopefully whenever i get access it wont be the same experience.
A Useless App for School Bus Tracking
This school bus tracking app is a complete waste of time and effort. It fails to provide accurate location information for student drop-offs and pickups, making it virtually useless for parents trying to monitor their children's transportation. The developer needs to go back to the drawing board and create a more functional and user-friendly app. It's disheartening to see that the Calgary education system is relying on such a substandard piece of app. It's time for a major overhaul.Please, take action and develop a better solution

Glitchy and not accurate
Even the sign-in wasnât working I had to close and reopen the app 6X just to log-in. Half the time the bus doesnât move and the ETA / delay communications are far and few between. Good concept but need significant improvement and updates!
Availability in other stores
Hi; you should make this app available in international stores as many of parents are migrated form other countries and can not use the app with out changing their store; which is very frustrating.

So many issues
The app freezes and makes it look like the bus is far away, when in fact itâs driving past your house and youâre missing the bus. This happens so often. This needs to be fixed.
Needs proper update!
The app hardly ever opens anymore and on the rare occasion when it does it takes over 10 minutes to load up. Itâs been over a year since it was updated, it needs a new update asap!
