Very useful app for bus users.
Works great
Always worked well for me, fast the basic features you need. In a village so the big names like stagecoach don’t run here, so their apps are of no use. Essential for us.
Very poor
Not very good if you don’t know the area and your trying to find a service to get to a certain destination. It expects you to know the name of the stops.
Not trustworthy
Will tell you a bus exists, then when you get to the stop you’ll find the app lied and there is no bus
Times all wrong
Useless. Tried to use to get a bus on Milton Road twice over last couple of months. The buses on the live tracker aren’t there. Times all wrong. Don’t bother. No idea where this app gets its info but its not from the actual position of the buses
Almost useful
App is a bit clunky when it comes to finding a stop on the map and then opening the most obvious information you would need, the times of arrival of buses. At least it covers all operators but never seems to be exactly in sync with electronic displays at stops.
Works well for me
I’ve been using this app for some years and I think it’s great. It’s simple to use and I like the format of “live” bus progress. It’s always worked well for me.
Realtime departures
This app has the same data as the screens at the stops. Absolute game changer for using buses. How it has such a low rating is beyond me
Need updates more frequently
Buses are not always updated especially when there are delays and major disruptions to the service.
Poor
Awkward to select any destination not already saved as one of “My Stops”. Far inferior to “Bus Checker”, so I’ll be deleting it.
Search options appalling
Searching for bus number/letters bring up buses that don’t have the number or letter in them. Does not localise search to area you are located. Search for bus stops the same.
Used the app for the first time
This is an oddly designed app. It seems to have missed the point of what we want. I want to find a bus between where I am and where I want to go. It’s really simple. Instead you show me buses that don’t stop anywhere near where I am. Also you seem to fixated with the work stop and the home stop. I don’t care about this. This is not what I am trying to do. In the end I gave up and used Google maps. Sorry, it needs a rewrite.

Why don’t bus companies update cancelled services?
It’s pretty useless when the bus companies don’t update the services they have cancelled. For example 16 & 17th September the X3 is running a highly reduced service but all the cancelled buses are still showing in your app. How is that helpful?
Also please add the ability to rename, or to add a name, to the stops in “my stops”. It’s confusing when many stops have the same name in both directions. Unless you happen to know the difference between the 0500SCAMB007 and 0500SCAMB010 it’s confusing. If I could add “To Cambridge” and “From Cambridge” it’d be much clearer.

Why isn’t there a bus app for Cambridge university city with all the best brands NHS in the world yet still unable to create a bus timetable app to type from and to self to 2 simple boxes?

Not working
I have been using this app for a year and found it very useful. However the last 2 days it has stopped working. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but still not working
Great app
This app has been rock solid for me. Super easy to use compared to stagecoach app which is no where near as good for live tracking and departure boards. Nice simple lists.
Broken
Seems thoroughly broken, even after a reinstall. “Nearest stop” finds nothing; “map view” shows stops if you zoom in far enough, but doesn’t give access to their data. “Search” finds stops, but then “view stop departures” comes back empty. Map view shows buses, but “view service progress” for the bus comes back empty.

My bus stop
This app seems to have stopped working. Not loading any information, just going round in circles- useless! What not even accept nicknames!!!!
Incredibly useful app
The app seems to have changed a lot looking at the reviews from years ago. You can locate your nearest stop and then view all the busses running from it with exact times. It’s incredibly useful for knowing when the busses are running late and for when you need to get to the stop for so you don’t miss your bus. The only faults I have with it is the loss of the update button when you’re viewing a bus route or timetable with the latest update. Please bring this back, it made it easier to see where the bus is in current time without having to come off the page and search for it again. Also when searching for a stop it never works so I have to search for a route instead and find the stop that way.
Other than that, a great app which will definitely help with your travels :)
