Recording fails

I wonder wat this developer is thinking. Very unstable stream. Recording to memory card only worked for a few hrs. Now th 64 gb mem card shows its there but no motion detect recordings are on it .
Please donot but these guys cameras. & my cam How can i acess your customer care to get new firmware updates?

Тариф настроила. Камеру включила. Синий сигнал. Приложение установила, камеру добавила. Статус камеры читается. Нажимаю плай крутится лоудер и на 80-+% сбрасывает соединение. Как быть? Версии переустановила разные , всё равно скидывет

Camera has stopped sending notifications when sensor picks up movement
I hav tried reset, reboot, checked all settings and still does not work.

Worthless

Fake app just gets stuck at the add device screen. Tried every way to add a device and they all open same page with extremely limited if not complete misinformation instruction to hold reset button for 5 seconds with a link to iOS settings for the app. Completely worthless and probably an email harvesting app.
