The UX is so bad and the app literally lags most of the time. It’s so frustrating and annoying because despite updating, it shows notifs late

Worst apps ever
Can you guys at least test the apps before publishing it? Sometimes cannot open sometimes cannot enroll sometimes cannot check my lecturer’s files. This app comes up with different issue every day and try to make my uni life more miserable. I really dont know why the uni picked this app
Sorting order
It would be useful if you give an option to sort the Assignments by their Created date/time in addition to their Due date. When a newly added assignment has a due date before an older assignment, it is listed in between instead of at the top making it difficult to identify which is the latest notification. From the Notifications tab, if I click the alert for the new assignment, it takes me to the topmost assignment which is an older one but has a later due date.

This app is so terrible, i bet UOW got scam into signing with this horrible app, ui is terrible, ux is horrible, nothing really functions, no payment gateway for online fee payment. Soo i paid my expensive school fee for this???? Wow

App doesn’t open sometimes
The app doesn’t open sometimes, and it’s really frustrating. It crashes randomly or just gets stuck on the loading screen. I expected it to be more reliable, but instead it wastes time. Needs a lot of improvement.
