Unusable
I cannot create an account or log in to this app because the page auto-scrolls off the screen when it reaches the "SMS verification page". If I drag the page down I can see the text but I cannot tap the space or buttons, because as soon as I let go it scrolls back off-screen. I have not been able to load the home page of the app even once due to this bug.

Virtual visits error
Unable to create a virtual visit. Takes me through the entire intake process, and after the final “Submit” it just gives an error. Also not working on desktop version on any browser. No way to contact a real live person for support. Can’t find an option to call an advice nurse or any alternative to care.

So difficult to just log in
I get a spinning, verifying and nothing nearly every time I try to use the app on my phone. No problems using browser
Slow and unable to add to my wallet
I was able to sign in but get an error about out of pocket expenses. I’m also unable to add to my wallet as my paper card is outdated.
Great app great plan
In app virtual visit, I can access my clinical portal and schedule an appointment with my doctor. Very convenient.
