PURE SCAM. Took ₹8,000, gave a broken app, and ghosted me for 3 years.

Do NOT waste a single rupee on MyCaptain. This platform is an absolute scam that takes your hard-earned money and completely vanishes once the payment is processed.
I paid ₹8,000 to access their courses, which is a significant amount of money. From day one, I couldn't use the platform even once because of severe technical issues and bugs in their application. It has now been 2 to 3 YEARS of me constantly reaching out to them via emails, support tickets, and every possible channel. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent—no response, no support, just complete radio silence while they sit on my money.
