Honestly it’s my 3rd time attempting the parent section and the app crashed and allllll I’ve written is gone!!! Useless!!!
The worst
We been given this app to use by provide for our son. It’s the worst app I have came across . I keep getting notifications but when I try to open its empty and I can’t see my kids profile. My husband works in IT and he also said it’s definitely not user friendly! To many bugs. Even previously I couldn’t load videos or more files about my child’s behaviour- so how would provide staff will know of my concerns of my child ? Honestly very disappointed in the app and how provide actually made this app live. Way to many bugs from parents side - also my nursery has troubles with it ! Not user friendly ! It’s a shame as we have no other way of contact with provide … joke !
