As of October 2025, the QR code function still doesn’t work.
Taking the picture, removing the background, and including the measurements is poetry in motion- it works so beautifully that you feel like you’re about to get the perfect experience. But then they want you to scan the QR code on your computer screen to upload the image to your design, and the app refuses to recognize the QR code. Very sad.

Great concept. Too bad it doesn’t do what it says it will. Won’t scan QR code.
Will not recognize QR code
Probably would be great, but the app will not recognize the QR code from the desktop web application.

The app does a good job of helping me photograph the object well and the AI removes the background nicely.
However at the Upload step I am unable to scan the QR code. When I then view the object in my library and edit it, I see that the rotation and crop settings have been lost.
