It keeps giving an error that says

No balance available
First impression - rubbish! Why should I have to request and pay for a balance?
Non Starter
Installed the app, cannot log on it create account: app will not accept my mobile number.
Something happened
It used to be a good app before something happened now can even log on tell you something is wrong with your connection. fix this please
