Getting very frustrated
App doesn’t work. Cannot call anyone for support as they are not available and I have no way to deposit a check.
Very user friendly; could use enhancements.
MyCBB is a very straight forward banking app. It is similar to other apps offered by banks like PNC. I can see my balance and recent transactions, transfer money between internal accounts and deposit checks. The app could be enhanced with the following features: TouchID to log in, and the ability to schedule transfers from external accounts (and to be able to see and edit those transfers). The bill pay feature could also be enhanced to be able to add new payees.
