App DOES NOT WORK
Sadly, the App has a few glitches that prevent you from opening the pages. To start, you must accept their privacy updates but when you click accept, it brings you back to the login page. Can never log in.

The app does not let you login, it sends you to login just keep bringing back to the X accept decline screen, accept does nothing decline dumps you out, and X, takes you back to login

I have a notification but cannot log in. Why don’t they fix this issue so we can see the notification. Really annoying.

Can’t accept Terms and Conditions
Downloaded app. Tried to login. Wanted to authenticate me against my login.gov account (which is current). Jumped through the authentication hoops and it just stays at the T&C screen waiting for me to Accept (or Decline)… again. Tried again. Same thing. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same thing. Login.gov shows that it’s connected to the myCBP app. It just doesn’t work. Can only use as Guest.

Doesn’t work on iPhone
The app does not work. You can login but then it just goes into a never-ending loop to accept the terms but it never gets you to go into the app.
What’s the point…
What is the point of this app? I have yet to be able to successfully log in.
Unable to login and no tech support
The app doesn’t allow users to get beyond the terms and conditions agreement. It just keeps looping back to the same agreement. Unable to submit a trouble ticket via their app.

This app is awful. I’m preparing for my overseas trip, I thought I’d be prepared and download this app for convenience. It doesn’t even let you log in, after accepting their “terms” countless times. I’ll be deleting this app. It’s horrible.

Hardly ever works correctly. I can’t even log on right now after accurately entering authentication 4 different time!! How am I suppose to check my messages??
App doesn’t work
When you review the video it mentions the CBP app. However, you can’t get past accepting the terms and conditions. You cannot log in. I am removing from my phone as the App doesn’t work.

It’s been 3 years and still can’t get past the logon deathloop. Been trying different things for a half hour, still no go.
