The app does not work, it won’t load and I’m not able to use it. Please fix this it will really be helpful for students.

This app needs a major overhaul because it has so much potential of being a nice pocket companion through our college career here. I’d suggest sending an email survey out to the school community and get feedback on how to make this application the best it can be. Get actual student feedback!
Definitely needs work
Perhaps the IT department could tweak this app a little and make it more user friendly. Whoever designed it wasn't a user of the app therefore probably has no clue what does and doesn't work but this app needs serious attention.

I downloaded the app because my classes starts tmr, I want to have this app to view my classes to access into it, but when I logged into my ccbc account It kicked me out of the app and when I reopen the app I’m in a frozen screen

This app is beyond frustrating. What is the point in having an app when it doesn’t work? Please fix it prior to school starting.

With the start of the school year approaching, I feel it’s important to have this resource working for us students! The convenience of having a mobile version of the MyCCBC portal is a HUGE time saver over having to log in and SMS verify every time on the browser version.
None of the advertised features, such as SIMON or CCBC Applications, are currently accessible in the app. And the few options that are visible barely work.
Though the number one thing I feel needs fixing is this glitch where once you’ve signed into the app for the first time, after you close and re-open it, the app completely breaks and gets stuck on a never ending loading screen!

Doesn’t work
App is horrible. Does not work at all. It’s 2025 and CCBC has an app that reminds of dialup. Do better.
Not functional
Years later, this app still doesn’t function. Nothing loads, sometimes it doesn’t even open. You guys should really rework this thing.
Frustrated
This app doesn’t work properly. I can’t get to my courses because there’s no menu bar at the bottom of the screen. 😡

You go on the app and can’t even click the menu option to see your classes, access messages, see updates, etc. what’s the point of the app if you can’t really do anything on it?

Best not to offer an app if it won’t start. Every so often it’ll open to a profile page but that is spotty at best. In its current version the app screams of either being replaced by some malware or a complete scam. Use the site - which has its own problems!

Can’t view class schedule
It says that I should be able to view my class schedules, and before the app forcefully updated I could do that.
But now, it only lets me look for new classes as opposed to being able to see what classes and times I have currently.
This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Especially since the main thing I use the app for is now gone.

Will not load appropriately
I continue to get 2 screens that overlap when opening. Looked for an update, there isn’t one. Please fix ASAP
Why change it?
I’m not sure why they would update the app and take away the way we view our class schedules and financial aid. Please put it back thank you.
