Usage Views are nice
I use it extensively to keep track of the family members usage. It does a great job and allows for keeping them in the loop on where they are at.

App crashes
And not the only person this is happening to! App needs to be fixed/updated to operate properly. Crashes in the middle of payment processing which could cause potential repeated withdraws from one’s account.
Not compatible
The app is not compatible with iPhone iOS 18. It crashes. And I have the latest update

It’s much easier when apps that allow you to pay bills retain or save credit card information. Additionally this day and age face recognition makes for much friendlier apps. Otherwise very useful.

They’ve made big improvements to this app but I wish I could save my payment details like every other app I use to pay bills online. It’s a bit of a hassle when you’re busy.

The app appears to not have been updated recently, but it works perfectly well.
Retain Payment Info!
I like the app, and I use it monthly to pay my bill but I wish wish wish there was a way to retain my credit card info so I don’t have to dig it out of my purse and punch the numbers in every month! Come on, Cellcom. FaceID!!!!

Know your data
The primary reason I use it is to keep an eye on everyone’s data on our plan. We have unlimited, but it toggles down if you go over a certain amount so I try to keep them posted if it is going fast.
Status of MiFi
We use the app regularly to check the status of our MiFi remaining balance and are happy with that feature.
