Not easy to update phone number
No matter how many times I try to make changes to my phone number it doesn’t update

Will not update my account

Does not give any real information or access to account. I cannot download my actual coverages. Cannot locate official coverage so. Document form. Only available to view this information on site

It wont let you change phone number
I saw that this app didn’t have very good reviews and getting registered was a process to say the least. I tried to update my phone numbers and and save it which it gave me the thumbs up but when it went back to the previous page it was still the same. I tried a few more times and it did the same thing. So frustrating. So I guess they can just keep a non working phone number. If you can’t make changes why offer it?!

Portal not working I keep getting an error message saying login or password are incorrect. Which has been stored correctly. I messaged company regarding this matter 3days ago and yet to get response.
