Do not recommend using MCR for your chapter
Horribly unprofessional and rude owner. Chapter had an awful experience with this business.
Change the UI back!!
The UI now is soooo bad. So hard to use and navigate! Please change back to the old version! I loved MCR before, I would rate the old one 5 stars. Please change it!!!

This app is great but I don’t understand why I have to update it every other day for it to work. It’s a little annoying other than that it’s good
Don’t join a sorority
If you’re of any ethnicity other than an all American Sydney Sweeney looking stereotypical girl don’t join a Greek sorority. They treat you awful and it’s not respectful or fair. Youll end up being their token diversity partner and forced to only talk to other diverse women which is fine but unfair bc it doesn’t show the true society. Join a multiracial community and it will make you feel more accomplished and accepted.

the new update is horrible, it makes the app look cheap and it got more confusing to use. the app was great before the recent update and it should be immediately switched back

Weekly updates
It’s a good app but I have to update it every five days. Minor inconvenience but the repetition of it for the update to do absolutely nothing is a waste of time
Stop Updating the APP every other week.
The mandatory updates are ridiculous. Most apps don’t require you to update the app every time they update it. Everytime I go to use this app it makes me go to the app store to update it before I can resume.

I’ve been using MyChapterRoom for many years as both a collegian and now an advisor. The new mobile app is so sleek and organized! As an advisor, I love that I can arrange the features based on my needs to assist the chapter. It is easy to stay up to-date with chapter activities as well as in contact with members and my advisees. I am conveniently alerted on my phone when a new email/text/message comes in. Having everything right at my fingertips is so convenient and allows me to spend more time assisting chapter members!

I think this app updates every time I open it. But nothing ever changes

Extremely Useful
I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews on this app, because my experience with this app has been great! My chapter has been using this app for YEARS, and it has proven to be extremely useful and helpful for us to communicate effectively and has been a great tools for event planning and keeping our large chapter up to date on upcoming events.
It even allows you to color code based on how “mandatory” an event is, which has been extremely helpful for me personally as someone who works a full time job, in addition to full time student and sorority member.
I would absolutely recommend this app. You do have to keep it updated in order to keep using it, but that is not a difficult thing to do ;)

App is lacking
While the MCR website is great, the app isn’t up to par. The admin buzz is missing, current documents and folders aren’t visible or even searchable. The only helpful thing as an admin is the event calendar. Everything else you’re better off being on your computer.
What is the point?!
Stop updating this app if you’re not gonna solve anything and stop me from accessing chapter news in the mean time.

Unfunctional 90% of time
Terrible app, hate to use it every week genuinely get one useful engineer please
Always crashes when needed
With not being able to use the app unless every new update is installed, you would think the app would run smoothly. The app constantly freezes and crashes. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in to see if that was the issue, but it wouldn’t let me even log back in. Communications within a sorority are so important so when the app doesn’t work, it delays any announcements which is frustrating. It seems like everyone else is having this issue which makes me wonder why the app developers don’t solve this problem.
