App crashes
With resent health plan updates at work we were lucky enough to partner with MyCharlie. However I am unable to access the app as it keeps crashing when I attempt to open it. My current iOS is 18.3 and it would also crash when I was on 18.1.
MyCharlie is Awesome!
I enjoy this app. I actually get to speak with a real nurse and it is super helpful to keep track of everything in one place.
Can’t even log in.
For a brand new app, I’m not able to use a login ID that no way should be taken. Nor can I use a second ID name with my more characters.
