No service at busy time

Do not depend on this service. Stuck outside convention centre and service was closed. Tells you it will open soon. Unbelievable. Very disappointing.

Great service in English

As a non-Mandarin speaker, this service provides me with great customer service, prompt car service, and charged to my US credit card. Definitely keep it for future trips.

Saved my life

Got a taxi in 8 minutes at 3 am in Beijing when no other app or the concierge at the hotel could. Also used it in Shanghai with great results.

Handhabung der App und die Taxi Bestellung ist gut, aber sehr teure Fahrpreise!!!

Ein Taxi lässt sich mit der App sehr einfach bestellen und bezahlen. Leider ist aber der Fahrpreis um mehr als das doppelte höher als die öffentlichen Taxi Preise. Ich habe für die Strecke mit der MyChinaTaxi App 15€ bezahlt und mit dem öffentlichen Taxi nur 6,50€. Daher würde ich die App nur dann benutzen, wenn keine andere Möglichkeit besteht ein öffentliches Taxi zu buchen.

Hallo, unser Service wird durch fremdsprachigen menschlichen Kundenservice und Online-Car-Hailing durchgeführt. Ride-Hailing ist teurer als Taxis an sich. Das ist unfair. Schließlich haben Taxis keine Dienstleistungen und keinen Kundenservice, und es gibt keine App, um ein Taxi zu buchen, und selbst wenn sie es tun, können sie sich aufgrund der Sprachbarriere nicht verständigen. Fast alle Taxifahrer in China sprechen kein Englisch.

Not work. sms is not coming. there is no resend button. blocks the number after 3 attempts.

The app doesn’t work.

I have tried booking multiple trips using this app. It has never worked. I always get a message the they don’t accepts foreign credit card. try Alipay you might say. I did that same issue.
Get rid of the app if it doesn’t work. Completely useless.

dramatically deteriorated standards

I’m saddened to realise that mychinataxi service has dramatically deteriorated, with unprofessional rude drivers and, most of all, rude and careless customer service. Its notoriously expensive rates are not justified by such lousy service.

Good service for those needing English speaking operator.

The customer service people are nice.

As of October 2020, Master Card and PayPal payments fail. I sent an email to MyChinaTaxi, but I did not receive any reply.
