App won’t let me scroll down to accept privacy policy.
When you’re halfway through the course and come back to realize that you can’t get in because the new privacy policy pops up and won’t let you scroll to the bottom to accept. Problem continues, despite updating the app.
Tried it again and the experience seems much better
Seem to have easier access to my transcript, which is important since so much time gets invested in CME. Updated my profile to reflect my interests and needs. We’ll see how it goes. Going to give this app another shot.

Messy Navigation, non functional buttons
Poorly designed, cluncky, inactive buttons including the “transcript” button so don’t think I’ll get credit for the time wasted here. . Had high hopes, a bit of a dissappointment.

Email abuse
I downloaded this app and then received endless number of emails that I cannot unsubscribe from. I’ve clicked the unsubscribe links several times and my email address was given to other third parties.
A lot of glitches
Prior to having an app the website worked great. CME credit would transfer directly to the licensing website. I’ve been stuck on the same activity for months now and it won’t process the credit. It’s annoying and a waste of time.
CME in my spare time
I really enjoy the information and the format of “my CME” I am able to complete the courses in a reasonable time span and gain knowledge in insight that expands my mind. Thank you for such a wonderful platform to increase the knowledge base of medical professional . In addition many courses are free or low cost which is an added bonus.

I’ve reviewed several articles and videos now and I’m impressed with the level of information provided! This is a fantastic way to keep up to date on the information out there and I find myself taking part in a few activities each week!
App malfunctions
All seemed well until I started a course and the content would not open in new window.

Good selection of CME but not reliable.
The app and website are not reliable on mobile devices. I am unable to complete evaluations to receive my certificate because it does not register my answer to some of the post assessment questions that require a check box.
Excellent variety of high quality CME’s
The site offers a variety of high-quality CME's o, generally in an on-demand format. Highly recommended. Sometimes accessing a course after 24 hours can be tricky, and sometimes printing CME certificates can also be tricky, but otherwise, I am using the site extensively. Thank you.
Does not work
The app doesn’t work. I cannot listen to my content on the app. Very disappointed
Uploading CEs
This used to be such a great, user friendly app. Now a tried to upload 3rd party certificate and there is no where to enter the details (type of CE, # of hours). Just a photo. I don’t see where I can set a goal for a certain time period and show progress like it was before. The interface is completely confusing. Really disappointed

Excellent opportunity for free CME
A very concise and focused format that covers all the essential information needed to facilitate future diagnostic and therapeutic decision making.
My CME
Vast number of approved free cme for all health care workers. So far, all I have done about 15 have been challenging but doable. You get several chances to earn full credit. This site is the best free cme site I’ve seen yet.
Just failed
I was trying to use the app to directly upload CME credits to my supervising organization and it wouldn’t work; I updated it in the App Store to try to correct this and it then crashed every time I opened it. Now I am trying to download the app again and it won’t even begin to download. Unfortunate because it has been a fantastic app for over 3 years for me!

Used to be amazing
I’ve been using this app for the last 6 years and I have raved and bragged to all my coworkers about how much I love the app, how easy it is to use, and how helpful it was to track your CME and monitor your progress. This new update essentially ruined every positive feature the app contained. My past CME got uploaded (praise Jesus since at first it was all missing) however, the tracking function is gone and the only CME points that show up are the ones I completed on the app itself. I can see the links to the CME certificates I uploaded over the years but if I get audited, all the dates reflected in the column “Date field on Cert” say 3/11/2020. A technological feat to actually have the correct dates but not helpful to me now. Sadly, I will harvest what I can from what I have already uploaded to this app and move on. Really bummed that I have to recreate 6 years of uploading and entering data.
