Malfunction
Constantly kicks me out after logging in, says my time expired or I’m logged in on an another device. I only have the app on one device and I just logged in!

App problems
It always has a message saying I’m logged into another device. I’ve never used another device with this app just my phone. It’s aggravating especially when it does let me and I get to the prescriptions to choose that I want to refill and it will kick me out. Please fix the bug!
Keeps crashing
I log in and it stops working and wants me to keep signing in over and over again!!!
Please fix your app
I love everything about this app except the authentication. It only works for a little bit with FaceID and then one day it just loses its mind and wants to send me a six digit code that it never sends to my email. Then I have to make a new account and re-register to get it working again. Come on, you have to know it does this, other reviews mention it too. Contact the app team and get it fixed!

THIS APP IS TERRIBLE
I can’t log in. I never get the texts or emails to do the two step verification. Then when I call no one picks up the dang phone! This is ridiculous.
Let me log in !
Rarely can I log into this app. It always tells me to check my email for a code to log in and 9/10 times I do not receive any sort of email. It doesn’t go to my spam. I never receive it. So I cannot log in. How am I supposed to know when my appointments are ?
Helpful
Sometimes I don’t have time to call for an appointment or I think about it late at night, so having this app to request an appointment is very helpful. Plus, I can see my medical chart and my kids in the push of a few buttons.
Improvement
Generally very easy and a pleasure to use. Ability to communicate (leave a message) could be considerably improved. Sometimes I need to leave messages for an office that general voice mail doesn’t work well. A simple message this department/office would correct this.
Very handy
I like being able to keep up with my appointments and my meds. The only thing I would like is to be able to see all of my medical records. Thank you for this app.
Good app
I like that it tells me when my appointments are. The only thing I would recommend is having lab results viewed as a document instead of single values. Also, not all my labs are available through the all. Other than that, it’s a good functioning app!

Love the app but it would be perfect if you could just message your doctor or their nurse directly for things like prescription refills.
Love This App!
As someone who is no longer within the Choctaw Nation’s boundaries, this app gives me a way to order my prescriptions with ease and have them sent to my home. Making appointments is super simple and it helps me to line up when I’ll be back near Poteau or Talihina again. All in all, I LOVE the app and I highly recommend it for anyone with a chart at a Choctaw Nation health clinic!

Power of love
In Durant, at the medical building, on the second floor, is a beautiful collection of art, posing as a pledge, from the Nations leadership, which speaks to the brotherhood and sisterhood of all Choxctaw people. The pledge is that the Nation, when possible, will come to the medical aid of its brothers and sisters. And so that pledge materialized into free medical services and medication for its members. While this benefit must be a significant cost for the Nation, it has never waivered from the Pledge. Even for those of us who have ventured from home to find meaningful employment , regardless of that distance! Such a commitment does not come from politicians, as coverage of the home bound only would satisfy that objective. Rather, it’s source must find itself in the hearts of those who profess it. I am certain that there is no better example of the power of love! And I believe that such demonstrations of sharing and caring may just be contagious! So please, feel free, to pass it forward!! I hope you feel that way too!

Very helpful and simple
I love this app and it has really made everything easy. I live out of state so this app keeps me connected and makes reviewing records, appointments or even refilling prescriptions and having them mail to my house so simple and easy.
Healthcare made easy
Love the ease and convenience the app offers. Fast and simply to refill prescriptions, schedule appointments, and check referrals. Just wish there was a way to communicate with providers except by phone.
Best app ever
This is the best app I have. It has made it so easy to order meds and keep up with all information in one place with a tap of a finger. The support staff is also excellent. When I had an issue with a new phone’s face recognition IT worked with me until it was resolved with all the patience in the world. Greatly recommend this app.
