A students guide to a successful college experience
I’ve been using Grad Guru to keep organized in school for a couple years and it has always been great to reflect on. The 2020 school year was a bit challenging but Grad Guru made sure we were able to complete important tasks on time to remain on course while the universities had low staff for assistance. The app is so effortless to use and essential for the busy student to stay up to date with graduation details. I’m so glad my counselor advised me because I have now gotten a first year on board to ensure he keeps his academics a priority!! Grad Guru eliminates a lot of school stress and you also won’t be spammed with notifications; so make sure you have notis on because when you do get a Noti it will be important for your success 👍🏼

Some colleges are not added
My college is not available. When you try to look up your school based on zip code it s to lo does not likely appear.

My college isn’t available and yet from the website it tells me to download it and yet they don’t have it available

Missing schools
This app is missing my local community college. It would be useful if they had College of San Mateo, Cañada college, and Skyline College on the list. Once this is added, 5 stars
Get this app!!!!
This app would have made my first college experience 110% better if I had known about this application! You get all the important information right at your fingertips and they reward you for completing task! There’s a chance that you can also win some scholarship money just for using the application! You don’t get spammed with a bunch of useless information they only give you what’s important and the current upcoming events/ deadlines! Very useful for first time college students that are confused or don’t know about the deadlines!

GradGuru is a beautiful app that keeps all my important goals and deadlines in a convenient spot. I know when to turn in applications, when to file for financial aid, when to choose classes and keep track of my progress. I also love how I can keep in touch with friends and family so they can motivate me and I can motivate them by earning and displaying badges. Genius!!

As soon as I downloaded the app I knew it was the right move. It's sends alerts for important dates at my school and being a full time student, it's important to know what's going on. I love this app and recommend it to EVERY student!

When i updated this app i expected the stuff that was gunna be added to the Grad Guru you know. But now every time i try to go on it it crashes like a second you enter the app :/

I saw the developer of this app at the College of Alameda today. She was working hard on getting her app out to people, which is great! I'm attending Laney, BCC, and Alameda right now and I found the add and drop dates to be immensely helpful. I'd rather look on my own phone than struggle through the website. Good luck on getting your name out there!
