Completely useless app. Nothing opens, nothing at all. You cannot access your policies, no information at all. No information can be accessed on This app or the website. If I could rate no stars I would.
Garbage.
Neither the app or the website ever work and getting ahold of a rep by phone is also garbage. Can’t pay my premium as the app literally says I have a premium due, but when I go to pay it…it says I have 0 due. Someone please fix this broken system.
THIS APP IS “ USELESS “
This app is useless , it doesn’t work, it doesn’t let you even update your personal information. You can’t view anything in it . I can’t get a hold of anyone whether is through a message or call .. I’m so fed up with it , and there’s no one to help. I’m so DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED!!!
App doesn’t work properly!
This application seems to be framed illogically in its frame to frame scripts; it’s very basic and freezes often, that’s when it’s not completely bugged! A company the size of CHUBB without an adequate app says a lot! Plus, the translations from English to French are terrible; payments is paiements for a blatant example, not “payments” in French. This application froze on me while making a claim; I truly think it’s time I chose another insurance provider… To add to my deception, Combined Insurance of Canada has downplayed their analysis of my 2022 claim; which led to having no funds/payments for an accident that occurred which I was supposed to have been paid according to my Insurance Policy!!!! 😳🤬😡🤬😡

Hire a proper tech company
Combined is an awesome company. Their app and website are pure garbage tough. Hey Combined! It’s time to hire a proper technology contractor. Valtech comes to mind as a contractor that could handle your account. No I don’t work there.
Slow
The app doesn’t work and your website is slower. I’m tired of having to call and wait for some customer service rep. But honestly it’s faster than using either of the other options mentioned before. I would prefer not to talk to people to pay my bill but you guys always force me to. I’d give negative stars but that’s not an option.

This app never works. I’ve tried many times to make a payment by clicking on billing and nothing happens. I try to look at my policy and nothing. There are claims this would make it easier to make payments and submit claims, but it never works!

Terrible app never worked always say you don’t have any profile contact customer service and even customer service can’t do anything about it I never could see my claim or no single information about my policy terrible
