From my experience, there is no any enhancement on this application and too much hanging not recommended

Dreadful app
This has to be the worst app I have ever used. Ever. Nothing works. Even registering is nigh impossible. Constant error messages in Chinese. I bought my thermostat so I could control our underfloor heating through the app but seeing as that is impossible, I might as well have saved the money and bought a non-smart thermostat.

I would give minus stars if I could. This is the Worst app in the history of apps! Nothing works! So frustrating. I forgot my password and the app just wouldn't let me reset it and I'm just stuck now. I have to create a new account and set up everything from scratch. What a waste of time.

You have to give it your email address.

Obviously you can’t do anything useful with your own device.
So I’m now deleting the Wi-Fi password from the thermostat as there’s no knowing what it’s doing.
