Poor Improvement, not user friendly
As mentioned by other users, the app seems to be a one-time initiative rather than a continually improved platform. While UniKL has stated that improvements take time, which I agree with,it has already been a year, and issues such as login errors still persist, often requiring IT intervention to resolve. It raises the question of whether proper attention and resources are being dedicated to maintaining and improving the system. Instead of genuinely enhancing the campus facilities and user experience, it almost feels like resources are being misallocated or used as an excuse to avoid meaningful progress.

What’s the need of this app actually? Just use website. This apps obviously a one time use thingy for us graduate. Don’t waste your resources for this apps. Improve your Ecitie or Ecitie2 website. Or maybe the UniKLLink. Such a waste.
