Not showing orders
Started this season with two scouts and the sales are not updating.

I tackled my first cookie season with this app I love all the options of categories for customers, paid, delivered and the notes area. It made it so easy to follow up with my son and husband over cookies they delivered and I hadn’t gotten the money on. It lined up perfectly with my leaders print out for reconciliation. Thanks for making this!

Great App
This app is very well designed and very easy to use. It is a great teaching tool for my daughter to learn a bit about business.
Bummed it’s not working for 18 season
This app was a life saver last year. But, it’s super glitchy this year. It freezes constantly and then deletes all the info when you close and reopen.

Malonecentral, I am sorry to hear you are having some issue with the app. A couple of people have reached out directly to me with this issue and an uninstall and reinstall of the app to start fresh has worked for each one of them. I do hope you give this a try and enjoy using the app this cookie season. Possibly even reconsider the 1-star rating ;-)
Not working for 2018 cookie season!
I sent an email to the developer and haven’t herd back. I am unable to save my scouts names and their cookie inventory. It just deletes that information every time I exit the app. It also freezes up constantly. Please fix!!! It worked so well last year!

i3gemi, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app and that I did not get back to your email until Jan 31st. I do hope you took my suggestions in my email and reinstalled the app. I can not replicate the issue but those who have reported this issue seem to be fixed after reinstalling.
Sync 👎
I was very excited when I read the reviews but now somewhat disappointed with the sync option. The sync option takes a really long time and I have not had success with syncing. The syncing option could be a little bit more user friendly. If this option is updated, I would be willing to give this app 5 stars.

Net4bes, As I had mentioned in my email I did push out an update that tried to work a bit with the sync option. I put back the manual sync button and did a few changes in effort to get sync to work a little bit better. I am not planning on messing with the app for this cookie season as to not make any issues worse. I do appreciate your feed back and we'll do what we can to earn those last two stars from you.
Game Changer for Multi-Scout Families
The app is fantastic! The multi-device sync makes it possible for older scouts and both parents to all update one order list. I would love to see the ability to select contacts from iPhone’s contact list, see contact’s purchase history from previous years, and ability to enter a single order for a contact like “Grandma” and have it allocate the order credit between multiple scouts.

Great cookie App! Let's you track orders, payments, delivery groups, Auto subtotals and the. Let's you filter your orders in a variety of ways! I love that it keeps track of the cookies you have on hand, so you know when to restock!
Life Saver - Highly Recommended
I would not be making it through cookie season and still have my sanity without this app! Thank you so much for allowing me to be mobile, organized and on top of our cookie game. Highly recommended app and worth every penny!!! 😊
Best cookie family app ever
This app allows my daughter to take orders from her own phone, without the hassle of a paper form that could easily get lost. AND the issue of trying to read handwriting and figuring out who really ordered what because the lines got crossed on the paper form is no longer an issue.
This app allows customer information to be saved. Can put an order in, mark it paid, mark it delivered, and can even note if the customer gave monetary donations as well!
Once we got a good sized number of orders in the app, she figured out that there are filters so she can filter to see only the orders not delivered or not paid etc to help her complete the sales.

I have been waiting for years for someone to develop a user friendly app like this. Each cookie season I look for an app to use. They all end up being too hard and not user friendly. The girls scouts created an app but even that can not do everything this can.
It is so user friendly that my daughter can input the orders herself from her iPad. I also have the app on my iPhone. There is a sync feature so that when one of us makes changes/updates, the other person can get the updates to their device as well.
It allows the user to change the Cookie names and the color associated with the cookie. The user can also update the price of the cookie. This is awesome because different parts of the country have different cookies and prices.
It has the ability to send customers receipts via email. You can send the receipt before they pay as a confirmation that the order was received and it has the total due. After they have paid and delivered, the user can send a receipt which shows paid. The emailed receipts can be pretty with colors OR it can be text only.
When the user marks payment, it asks cash, credit or check. If it's cash, the app has a change calculator. The GS can type in how many bills they received of each denomination and it will tell them how much to give back. If it's a check, there is a place to input the check number.
There is a section that shows how many cookies you have on hand at all times.
There is a place to show when cookies are picked up and when cookies are returned.
There is a section to show when the Girl Scout makes payments to the cookie parent.
Also, the app can email a total summary.
I should also mention that this app can be used with multiple Girl Scouts. I have not used that feature because I only have one, but there is an ability to add other scouts.

Great to track sales!
Love this app. Really helps to keep track of EVERYTHING! Saves me a lot of headaches. Will give 5 Stars when email feature works for me. Also, wish the cookies on hand showed all at once without having to swipe to see each one.

Ru time error
Every time I try to enter a cookie order for a daughter other than he first Faught I entered, I get a runtime error and the app closes. Quite frustrating!
Reduces my stress!
This app is a million times better than the stuff provided to leaders and parents by abc bakers. Last year keeping track of everything in their software was a legitimate nightmare as cookie mom/leader We found the whole suite of apps this year and have recommended to all our troop parents to purchase it. It makes keeping track of everything a breeze! There are a few more things I wish it did (help my daughter keep track of her goal progress) and I wish it would actually tabulate donations for us. I've been adding them as an extra "cookie" to make it easier but it messes with my total count. If I enter it on the payment screen then it doesn't tabulate them separately. All in all minor gripes. Don't hesitate to buy this app if you have a Girl Scout in your life!

A Stress Free Cookie Sales!
I love this app. I was a Girl Scout years ago and remember how stressful it was to keep sales straight and make sure to deliver everything and that was when you placed the order ahead of time and had to wait till the cookies were delivered to you before you went out and delivered them. This is my daughter's first year of sales and this app has been a huge help. I love being able to know exactly what we have in inventory when we are visiting with friends and family and know when I need to contact the cookie mom for more cookies!

This app is just what I was looking for for my daughter and I. Let's you customize to the cookies your troop sells, even with varying prices. Keeps a running total of inventory.
Love this app the more I use it. One feature that should be added is a selling goal for the scout. Probably put in the My Scout section.
