Still crashes on startup
Unfortunately the app still crashes on startup even after the update on 20/1/25.
Crashes before login
Worked sort of ok before, not great but ok.
Updated app today and now can no longer open it without crashing. Cant even get to login page.
Maybe you should raise our college fees even more so we can pay this student IT team

Poor app
Downloaded the update, it ceased to work. Crashes every time and no longer allowed to login.
Failed update
Updated app on 12/1/25 Now UNABLE TO LOG IN JUST CRASHES Can’t delete for fear of losing all data. Now must waste more precious time calling RACGP if they answer!
Unreliable
This is the second time in just a few weeks an update causes the app to crash before opening. Frustrating.

Can’t login
After resetting password I could not get in Same message recurring advising to reset password. Very frustrating at year’s end
Unable to log in
Downloaded app, but can’t even log in. Tried resetting password, etc but every log in attempt just takes you back to the log in screen.

Please fix the login system asap.

Can’t log into with fingerprint or biometric.
Doesn’t accept the correct username and password. You have to uninstall/ install every time you login in. Can’t we get even the app working?
