Customer's equipment can be managed here. Customers will be verified and onboarded by the coordinator. If they are existing customers the mobile number given in visitor profile is validated and will be onboarded automatically. Users can go through the product details and raise a query as a visitor. MyCTCare provides product information, technical chat, service, spares request booking, knowledge base, machine life views to Atlas Copco Compressor Technique's Distributors and their customers in India.
