Please THE INVENTORY
I just began to know what to do I. My business and I’m seriously ordering product now. What happened to the scan inventory option. Please put it back!!!!.
No “My Inventory” Option & Unable to add Sales tax to Orders
I am looking to update inventory but there is no option in the app I have, currently. I am also unable to add the state sales tax to customer orders. Is there a fix for both of these issues?
Used to be Good!
This used to be such a great app!! I don’t understand the change of not letting us see our inventory and not being able to create receipts. What’s the purpose of this app now? Pretty much nothing!!
Inventory where?
Not being able to keep up with the inventory when having the option before is very frustrating. Not sure what happened, but it would be great and essential to our business if we could access this. If the problem exists and you’re made aware, inform your consultants of the issue and pose a solution or let them know you’re working on it at least. SMH!

Sync Issues
I’m having trouble with My Customer+ each time I close the app and reopen I have to re-login and setup a new pin to see my customers. This has never happened before.

But the app reportedly allows you to manage inventory. Has always had an option to do an inventory report, but this year it is missing. I am probably going to stop even trying to sell Mary Kay if this stupid app can’t even do the most basic things. Why bother, if Mary Kay won’t support us, maybe we should stop supporting them by selling their products for free. Consults take all the risk, buy the inventory about to be outdated/ changed, and now we can’t even run a basic inventory report.

What did y’all do to this app?? HELP!!
The newest update has caused the app to stop working. I can’t add anything to any orders. I need help. I’ve restarted the app, my phone and updated everything and reset everything. This is my main source of keeping up with my orders.
Fix IT
This is an app that shouldn’t have so many issues. Coming from a renowned company these sort of issues shouldn’t BE so catastrophic. As of today 2/4/25 I am reconsidering my future affiliation with Mary Kay.
It’s difficult enough to be a seller but not having support and now be advised to purchase even more to support my business is opening my eyes as to why this is failing.
That cuts further into my profits which are about 40%. Add in advertising, samples and promotional sales it’s more like 25%. It’s not standing up like I had hoped.
If I now have to find a platform to pay for to manage my inventory and orders I need to find a new venture. From a numbers standpoint I’m out.

Inventory feature
I’m very upset that the inventory feature has been removed! I now have lost my beginning inventory numbers from the start of the tax year. This is a crucial feature for running a small business. TERRIBLE IDEA TO REMOVE!!!

Doesn’t add products to invoice
After updating the app, it doesn’t allow me to add products to an invoice. Please fix this. It was fine before the update.
My inventory is gone
Just updated my app and my entire inventory list is gone! Not sure why they removed this feature. I am very disappointed
Frustrating
Why did the add my inventory option go away??? That was one of the best part of this app. It was a great tool. It was glitching for a while you fixed it so it doesn’t crash anymore but why why take away the inventory option! Please bring it back

App not working at all
This app has been fine since 2017 but all of a sudden it just doesn’t stay open when I get passed the Face ID. I can’t even do app support thru apple bc page just loads. What is happening? I need this to run my business. I have tried removing the app.
App not maintained
Originally, I loved the functionality of this app to be able to keep up with inventory. But the recent updates have not been kept up & The app now will not scan orders in & is not stable, crashes in the middle of orders, etc
