Does not work on IPhone 15
Worked great on my old iPhone 8. When I needed to upgrade to the 15 series all I get when starting the app is a message that the app is up to date and a totally blank screen.
Horrible app
This year when the power went down for three days, it was very dangers for myself, my 19 year old cat and my 79 year old mother. Some semblance of an update or even reassurance to customers. Nothing! I have also updated trying to get the app to work but nothing but a blank screen.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 13
Just upgraded my iPhone. Blank screen
Got it to work
Uninstall App then reinstall and it will be good to go.
GREAT POTENTIAL
As a public utility company covering such a vast territory, it is incumbent upon you to provide the very best reliable and up-to-date information for your customers. In addition to your commercial customers which provide crucial revenue for this area, no doubt there are many residential customers that rely heavily on your services, even in life and death situations. Therefore, please seriously consider the possibility of investing more time and resources into your web/mobile platforms. There is great potential here to uphold the name that represents the long-standing reliability and integrity of CENTRAL VIRGINIA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE.

Reloaded everything last month for the same reason broken again what gives🤬
Not working!
Open the app and it says it is now up to date and that’s all I get!
Alarming Privacy Concerns
I find it alarming that I can enter an arbitrary number and receive the physical address, outage information, customer type, current billing amount, and current status of the account without any authorization.
Entering any existing customers phone number shows not only their physical address, but the type of customer, their current billing amount, and if it’s current.
This privacy issue raises legitimate concerns on customer safety as knowing just a phone number can get you a physical address and notifications of power outages. This could be used for nefarious purposes when receiving automatic notifications of power outages.

Broken in iOS 13
Upon upgrading to iOS 13, the app shows a message “ This app is up to date”, then displays only a blank, white screen (no menus, buttons, or other text).
This was a very useful app, and was a great resource whenever a power outage occurred! I hope this issue gets fixed ASAP.

Need more!
App needs more information. How about billing history and KWHs used etc. keep you members more informed
App overlaps top of screen.
The app display does not stop before the top of the screen where the signal strength indicators and clock are located. It over laps them and the buttons for going back are underneath the signal bars.
Doesn't seem to work on iOS 9.3
Crashes every single time I try to open it. No idea if the app even works, because haven't gotten that far.
App problems
Doesn't allow notification of power outages. Locks up or freezes with IOS 9+ on a new IPhone 6. Downloaded and set up on new mini IPad from App Cloud and always get someone else's account info and address. That is a major privacy concern that could lead a dishonest person into someone else's bank account. I've called CVEC several times and the employees have now idea of who to call or to report to correct!

App trouble
I also had trouble adding my 2nd account. It kept going back to my home. I got aggrivated. So I swiped it out completely. Then a few minutes later went back and opened the app up to try it again and it finally let me put in my second account. I checked and both accounts are in. I hope I can pay without problems as I go out of town often this year due to illness with my mom. Also, A big shout out to our guys keeping the lights on !!!!!

Account Info
WhiteHallSam....try inputting your account number without the hyphen.
Did Anyone Even Test This?
Was looking forward to using this app, but it won't accept my account number even when entered directly from my CVEC bill. Did anyone even test this? Are there hidden instructions somewhere? I have tried my account #, my account # without the "001" suffix, my phone #, my name, and anything else that I can think of. Although the interface seems somewhat windows-centric, I can't really review it since it won't even let me register my account. Please post a notice or update when the app is ready for real world use.
