The app doesn’t always work when I need it. I have to delete it off of my phone and download again to use Trip Planner.
Convenient and Inexpensive
I ride dart when my car is in the shop. I like sitting back with no worries and watching the scenery. I SURE HOPE MY SERVICE ISN’T ELIMINATED!

I love the app and the updates look and feel really good and user friendly. But for some reason it won’t work with American Express. Please help!!!

Reclaiming Independence
I’m starting with 3 stars because I’m just beginning this adventure. At 73, with no car and a proud “do it myself” attitude, I needed to find a way to travel around Des Moines, where I want to go and when I want to do it.
Taxi? Uber? Lyft? All too expensive on a Social Security budget. Hence, the city bus. I have to admit, it has taken me months to work up enough courage to start.
First step - find the My Dart App on the App Store. Think awhile on it, then download it, then look at the app icon awhile.
Open the app, get overwhelmed, close and think on it awhile.
My grandson, who lives about 2 blocks from me, recently started working at Walmart. He takes the bus everyday.
Hmmm…maybe ask him about it. Think on it awhile. Ask him some simple questions like
How do you find out where to get on? Where to get off? How much does it cost? How do you pay? Is it scary? Are the people who ride scary? Are the drivers mean or friendly?
He chuckled at me. He said “tomorrow is my day off. How about if I walk to your apartment and we explore the city via the DART bus system?”
I’m nervous and also excited! I hope to give another review with 5 stars.

This app used to work great but lately I cannot get it to complete a trip planning before it freezes up. The only solution to close out of the app, reopen and try again. Several attempts (20) with one successful result. Very frustrating!

Apps always makes thing like public transit a little easier doesn’t it, especially when it can tell you if it’s running on time or already passed. Good app

It has to many bugs. The app freezes and it won’t let change the departure. So I have to use the website:/

Dart App is Bussin’
Great tool to have if you use DART daily like myself. I rely on this app more than any other app on my phone. But Lately it hasn’t worked like it should. I have an iPhone. Plus Sometimes the real time feature doesn’t work and you have no idea when your bus is going to show up. But when it works it is priceless to me!
