App works when it wants to. Login and does nothing and restarts login screen? Better off banging your head against a tree rather than guessing if it works day to day! Something so important that so unreliable is a joke
Buggy
The new update as 4/2/2026 is horrible. Cannot load the my health to log the treatment data. Please fix!.
I am doing manual PD. The app is very slow , need to add and submit each exchange individually, and does not allow save on the full/drain info page. Since the recent update, it no longer calculates the UF.
The FMC app is much better where all 4 exchanges are listed on the same page and I could save and go back as I complete each exchange before final submission for the day.
Please make it user friendly for PD patients where we can input all 4 exchanges on one page and only need to submit once per day.

Super slow
This is the slowest app I’ve ever used, even after downloading the update.

New update not helpful
The new update that was just pushed is not helpful at all. It times out way too quickly and if you navigate off that screen it takes you back to a login. The login does not have a “remember me” feature or support facial ID for stored passwords. So I have to login 3-4 times manually while I’m trying to get my husband hooked up or disconnected during his treatments. Super frustrating. Also, when I am keying in his vitals, if I click on a bullet it makes the screen jump and then I have to find my way back to where I was. Not user friendly at all. I am fairly tech savvy but I can’t image someone who struggles with tech to not have the new method just take forever.

it is literally impossible to forward or take a screenshot of your labs. it makes it impossible to share with anyone unless you write it down feels like 1980s all over again.
This app will log you out regularly and it’s impossible to use any kind of saved password tools

Log in is glitchy

There’s bugs that make treatments disappear, and recently, I can’t submit the treatment at all. It just won’t work. Plenty of other intermittent bugs I’m not even mentioning, too. If I can barely get the app to work, how do you expect the elderly people using it to figure it out?

Ug, more bugs
It doesn’t work on my android, and hasn’t for 3 months. And the latest update requires us to add fill and drain times….why? We can just make a note of slow drains in the comment field. Let’s go back to the last version.

What idiot wrote this mess? Data entry flow is the worst I’ve ever seen. The screen jumps around so much I get eye fatigue and a headache filling in the blanks. Trash

Most worthless app ever created! Why the heck does an app that tracks your health take 30 minutes to load, if it loads at all? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Doesn’t open
I can log in… to a black screen. I can’t view anything in the app after logging in. Absolutely worthless waste of space on my phone.
Was never good, now it’s worse
Was bad. Then they decided to make it worse.
Problems with app
The app is too sensitive to touch. I can enter numbers and accidentally touched the screen and everything. I cannot minimize the screen to go check my glucose without losing everything
App does not work
Last app was super slow bit it atleast worked , this one just blacks out after login. Also, last app had face login - it appears that they released a beta app too soon.

Horrible Update
The new update doesn’t allow me to enter treatment info, so it’s basically useless. You can’t save your password so must type it in each time. Bring back the functionality of the old version, at the very least!
Fix this app
The updates broke the app. The app only works part time. For people that depend on this for life and getting the proper treatment, this app is horrendous
