DBD Consumer "myDBD" App provides the Consumer various convenient options.
1. Dashboard shows Current Consumption & projected monthly consumption, Alerts like Leak, Meter battery status, 72 Hrs No use, Faulty Meter, Reverse Flow, Comparison to last week also with the society (Group), Last 12 months Bill amount.
2. Consumer can view and Download current bill in pdf format, share with other family members.
3. View Daily, Weekly and Monthly consumption graph with historical selection.
4. Complaint management with Ticket allocation, Status and Feedback option.
5. Check individual meter reading with meter location on map. Valve ON/OFF for meters and premises.
6. Premise address and location on map.
7. Bill pay option with integrated payment Gateway.
8. Share screen with family members & other contacts. Add family members' email and mobile numbers.
9. Consumer can upload own meter reading manually or auto scan mode, where applicable.
10. Meter reading image upload with meter serial number, entered with QR/Barcode on meter.
11. Settings of multiple language selection, meter settings, updates, etc.
