Amazing service— Fast too
I am not from Astoria, and have absolutely no idea what’s what. I had to go somewhere but had no ride back. I installed the app and Richard was there in less than 5 minutes (of course he was already in the area I’m sure). We got from point A to point B smoothly.
I felt completely safe. Clean car, nice man. I will definitely be using this service again. No other taxis in the area offer online payments and since I had left my wallet behind, I had no cash on me.
