It was easy to use but I wish my friends could give me money in the app and it took a long time for my card to get here
Customer service
I’ve been to secure a card for my son for over two months.
First a custom picture was stalled and so it never shipped. When I questioned why, they realized the issue and said it would be sent right away. Another 3 weeks went by and still no card - blamed the carrier service. I have to wait another 3 weeks now so it’ll be 9 weeks total IF it shows up.
The customer service is extremely poor, repeats the same AI generic responses. I’ll be looking elsewhere now. Hard to trust a company who is apathetic to customer accusation, let alone when you actually need them.

I got a Mydoh card and I was trying to activate it and it kept saying error and I tried adding money to the card and it did not work

Constantly being kicked out of the app
I want to love this app and think it’s a great idea. However, I have only had it a few days and every time I try to add a new task for my daughter, the app boots me out in the middle of trying to enter it and I have to log in again and start all over. It takes MULTIPLE attempts to enter one task! Beyond frustrating. I already contacted support but it has been several days and I have received no response. If this isn’t resolved in the next few days I will just delete the app and move on to something else.

Amazing app
Would recommend for kids, purely amazing, no problems at all. Me and my kids are using mydoh from now on for chores and goals they have set. So they don’t rely on mommy and daddy for money. 10/10.

The app is super simple, and fast. You dont have to put any passwords or emails or anything, The only thing you need is your face to log in. I have been using it for a few months and it’s great. Your parents can set up an allowance and give tasks so that way you work for the money

Can’t sign in & no link sending
It’s been having an issue with Face ID signing (it doesn’t work-doesn’t activate the cam to read the face I guess?- and also retrieving password. Keeps giving error “uh-oh something went wrong” although the email address is right. Also noticed it’s not been sending e-transfer links for quite sometime as well. Can’t use it like this.
Ps: there should be an option to cancel/delete one of the children’s account and transfer the money from that account back as well.
