I am one of the authorized users and I can’t get the app to work on my iPhone. Have tried for several months now, and all different ways, to no avail.

Update: I used this app for 5 years but since it isn’t updated anymore and started causing issues, I’ve moved on to Nexx garage and was able to use the same wiring and hardware I was using for this app and my arduino. Thanks for the years of peace of mind that my garage was not left open.
Works just as advertised. Support is amazing and lightening quick. Instructions from the web site are spot on. May have found one bug, for some reason I had to program the sensor normally open for it to work even though my sensor circuit is open when the door is open and closed when the door is closed, it felt backwards but didn't affect functionality. The icon bugs me. I wish it were more cartoonish like the rest of my application icons and who keeps a formula 1 in their garage? Might just be me being picky. All around great app! Looking forward to future updates.

Great app
Needs some of your time to configure this, now I can control my garage door and my gate remotely using my iPhone. And since I have my security cameras, I can even see the opening or closing of my doors.
The only problem I have now is that the company has shut down the forum so technical questions are not answered. The app on iPhone is no longer supported either.

Yews I read info about hardware and software needed, but did not understand knowledge needed to set this one up.
I am deleting app. Apple got my money, but they are getting less of it in future as one bitten twice warned.

This app is awesome, nice job with the update. It is the perfect companion to my Arduino project. Using it for 3 garages and working like a charm. Surprise at how stable the little Arduino programs are now. Had mine powered on for close to a year with no problems and been using this app the entire time. Note: For the less technical people - This works with your DIY Arduino project or one you buy that connects to your garage door openers.

App works - Support is a forum
Good app that delivers in simplicity and function. Folks thinking the app would straight work with their devices without other hardware or configuration did not read and understand what this app's function is. If you need support during initial setup or troubleshooting, know that support is a forum layout where posts/issues are addressed at the convenience of vendor. No other means of support provided.

If you are looking for a inexpensive internet garage door solution and you enjoy a do-it-yourself project, this is great!
I had a lot of fun with this project and got it running in a few hours. Between the printable instructions, Support Forum and basic internet searches I was able to do this and had a great time.

Awesome!!!
Been using this since it first came out. Works great!!! I can finally tell if my garage is open and will get automatic notifications if it has been open too long.
Beware!: Requires extra electronic hardware to work
Nowhere on the product introduction page is any hardware other than an iPhone or iPad to install the app on mentioned. I bought the app thinking it would speak to my garage door opener right away. To me, this is false advertising and I am presently attempting to obtain a refund.

Subtle scam
No clear explanation about the alarm server that needs to be there for it to work. I was under the impression that it would work on any garage door opener with conventional frequency. Enjoy $5.99 scamming more victims!!!

Works Greate and very easy to use
I was looking at a Solution to remotly open and Monitor my gararge Doors all were expensive and most only supports one Door, with MyDoorOpener Elite and the Arduino Leonardo i was able to acomplish the that. Thank you for a great App
