App Doesn’t Work

I can’t even get to a screen that will allow me to register an account.

What’s the point?

This app does basically nothing even though it promises a lot. There’s no “real time” info. And the app doesn’t even work. I just get blank screens when trying to add info.

Not working at all

Is this app still maintained by DPW? I can’t add locations, vehicles, or update contact information.

Update or remove from store

The app says street sweeping will resume in June 2021. It also says to check the street signs for schedule. Then why did I install the app?

Dead as of April 2022

The app doesn’t show any info past April 2021… it’s April 2022 now. I updated my address and deleted the old one, but the street sweeping still shows only for the old address. It’s stuck saying street sweeping will resume June 2021, but does not send reminders for now, 2022.

No longer functional

Doesn’t seem to work for the iPhone 12. Not sure if because of the pandemic they just haven’t been updating it or something?

Does not work

I cannot select the blocks where I want to receive notifications for street parking. Useless

So far so good

The app has been helpful so far! I wasn’t sure when leaf collection would happen since I’m on the border between two boundaries. Now I know.

DPW just threw useless leaflets all over our neighborhood

Leaf collection started 2 weeks ago, and our neighborhood was already collected. The next collection isn’t scheduled until January. And yet, DPW decided TODAY would be a good day to distribute their leaf collection instructions. To add insult to waste-of-money, they threw them at the houses instead of putting them in the mailboxes, so they blow around. So now, the neighborhood is littered with these postcards everywhere. The postcards also advertised this app so here I am.

App is as useless as DPW

This app is as poorly designed and useless as DPW itself. A truly disgraceful agency. Thanks for making my neighborhood a trash filled nightmare and never doing street sweeping or any kind of sanitation enforcement. Shame on you all.

Exactly what you’d think

It gives you a street by street breakdown of the street sweeping schedule. It can send you reminders about the schedule. And if you enter your car info, it can let you know if and where you get towed due to street sweeping.

It could look a bit cleaner, which is why it didn’t get 5 stars, but I don’t get these low reviews.

Glorified spreadsheet - did somebody really get paid to make this?

The street sweeping info tells you only what's already on the signs on the streets. Nothing more. Is this a joke? (That's a serious question)

Why doesn't it tell us which actual streets are getting cleaned when? Better yet, design the app to tell me when the street by my house is actually getting cleaned. Certainly all streets are not cleaned every week, right?

I want my tax dollars returned for this app if it stays in it's current form.

Not working

App won’t load on my iPhone. I sign in and it just stays on a loading screen. Nothing ever happens and I can’t do anything.
Pretty useless right now

Not much info

It's fine, but it doesn't tell you which side of the street is off-limits—pretty critical information. You might as well just put an alert on your own calendar.
