Since two year try to create an account it is just impossible, the app won’t accept my E mail or phone number which I use since 21 years and now with upgraded version it goes to Chinese by default.

垃圾程式，比垃圾更垃圾。都不知什麼原因，不能夠手機儲存登入資料及密碼，每次都要尋找帳戶號碼填寫，真垃圾！

Why can’t they fix the problems for such a long period of time? I have to call the hotline or login the website and type in all the information every month just to report the meter.

Apps壞都算，網頁都壞埋，其實你哋唔update 個apps咪算囉，之舊版本又易用，轉左仲衰，連錶都報唔到，極差體驗

When you try to log on, it says that your password is correct. Then you go to reset your password, it asks you to log on direct. Rubbish.

垃圾app，又冇face ID，每次要打密碼，報標又要入電話號碼，又要打驗證碼，仲麻煩過d銀行app
每次都強制登出！
每次開app都係話強制登出，要重新登入！咁簡單嘅bug都唔fix，要個app黎做乜？
