Server Connection Failure
Constantly fails to connect to the myDX server causing the app to be highly unreliable as you can’t run tests or view your previous results without doing so
Locks up
I have been using the MyDx One for three years. Not super accurate but helps. Biggest problem is locks up and the only thing you can do is close the app up and re-open it. Frustrating, happens too often.
22/3/24 Problems continue with this App. Test the same sample three times. Reading. Varies from 15% to 24% cannot trust accuracy at all. Using a new chip to do the tests.

App is glitchy but great device
Like a lot of others on the reviews here I too have had a lot of glitches mainly with the app. Pictures don’t save. Reading other strains results. Can’t email the results or it’ll crash. I can only give 2 stars because of the app issues.. looks like it’s a long overdue problem that needs fixing.
This could be a great platform including the expansion cards to test food, water, and air samples. The testing device is great, haven’t had any major issues. Convenient and portable.

Doesn’t work
The platform has crashed and burned. The device is useless.
Abandoned?
Feels like this project has been abandoned. App doesn’t seem to work or allow you to register. Spelling errors on the website is an indicator not to spend money this way
Buggy
I use this app a lot for my work. There are multiple bugs that are frustrating. One being after you test a flower, it’ll give you the exact same result from a different flower that was previously tested. Sometimes it’ll happen once or it won’t stop giving me that wrong result until I come back after about an hour or so. Another is after testing 4 or more flowers and going back to get the results to email to myself, it’ll repeat the same 6 or 7 flowers scrolling down from the my data tab. This means that I can’t get the other flowers I previously tested since technically I cannot scroll down to extract/ email them. Fix these issues BIG TIME.

In accurate machine
Do not buy this machine they are so inaccurate and they won’t give you a refund. Please do some research on it before buying. I just wasted $1600AUD

Amazing product
The product is high quality. Works very quickly. Great for information from multiple facets. Would recommend to anyone looking for more information into what they are putting into there body. Would be useful for police to measure cannabis in reckless drivers.
Love the device but won’t let me access my registered account!
I’ve been using this device for over a year now with little trouble. My account is now not recognized and when I try to reset the password, mydx sends me a link to sign up for their newsletter! I’ve called and emailed to the point where I give up because I’m getting no response or resolution.
Please fix this problem and respond to my emails mydx! Too pricey of a purchase to have these ongoing issues.

Doesn’t let you register
So the most important part of the testing doesn’t even work and it won’t let me register. I want to use it and we spent over 100 dollars, legs out everytime you try to register, app and money completely wasted
