nothing works! cannot login, if you’re logged in you don’t get the new school year. “you have to logout”, but YOU CANNOT!
uninstall and reinstall, you cannot login again.
you have to fill a bureaucratic form and they would GIVE you a new password through the email, just because. it’s your new secret password everyone know now.
you can change it. supposedly, but need a PC.
meanwhile with the new secret password you look at a clocking screen because nothing works anymore. uninstall again?
already spent an hour plus just to get in , and not sure it’s over
this happens every new school year, for several years now.

Immersive experience
The flow is fluid and the user experience is on point. This app is not even close to being as bad as many reviews said; you must be hating. Keep up the good work and improvement, myeducare team!
IOS app doing nothing
On ios (xs max and iphone 7 plu) after login the ui is broken, the menu is unreachable, close to the notch and basically that is all app is doing.

Please fix the app when i select KS-01 or KS-02 then tapping login it crashes.
