Horrible company
Over time the calls got longer and the pay did not increase. They constantly pay less for your time. There were constant app issues and my account was deleted when they currently owe me money for work I did. Poor communication, you email and they don’t reply.

AI healthcare
This is good to earn side money as nurses helping AI researchers and healthcare. Although the AI is excellent with education and information it can get frustrating at times when there’s too many participants and you can’t make the call and keep retrying.
Where did it go?
I was really enjoying it and making good money and then all of a sudden there has not been any studies for multiple weeks. I am super sad. I'm hoping it comes back.
Unprofessional and Effort-Squeezing
I’ve had a terrible experience with Midland Healthcare AI. There’s no way to contact anyone, they never respond to emails or messages. I lost my earnings because my PayPal changed when I moved countries, and no one helped. It’s really unprofessional and frustrating. Plus, tasks that used to take 7 calls for $30 now take almost 2 hours. The work has become repetitive and not worth the effort.
