Added functionality for Managing Seats and with this ability comes Split Bills. You can now take orders for a table, and select Seat Number before you take each seats order. The Whole order can be pushed in a single sale. With Payments, you can also now take payment for a whole table, or Select the Seat and take an individual Seat's payment. Various Bug Fixes
