What’s the wrong with this bully app I can’t log in to clock in or out sort this out.
Useless app
This app is great when it works, but unfortunately it glitches, crashes & breaks more than it works! I need this app for work purposes but struggle all the time with getting it to load
Eps keep logging out
I have started using this app since almost three months . I have been logged out so many time . My manager had tried to reset my password. It did work than after so many attempts it has been logged in and than again logged me out .As it’s keep logging me out , management is thinking it’s me and k am not doing anything unless I need to check rota or to clock in.

‘your rota has beeen updated’
everytime i get a rota update the notification on my phone is spelt as ‘beeen’ and it looks stupid as hell please fix it.
Payslips not working
They did work previously, but since the last update the payslip function does not work.
Awful, please avoid.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used, resets password without any warning , even banking apps don’t do that and they’re meant to be more secure. Have to get my HR to reset password every time

Every time you request a change of password the app refuses to reset the password claiming the old password is incorrect.
I’ve had to contact my administrator every time (about 6 times now) just to reset the password.
I know the old password off by heart however your app refuses to reset it

Worst app ever seen
It’s absolutely rubish un helpfull app hard to use no way to setup again ... I don’t advise to ust it

constantly crashes when you need it most, and the whole asking you to change passwords but then locking you out is a joke. the app has been like that for months and it’s always updated but nothing is done about these issues. correct these issues rather than wasting your time replying to reviews.
Worst app possible
This app consistently locks you out, not recognising your passwords. Constantly having to go though hr to get it unlocked. A password reset option would be a vast improvement.

Hi I am locked out of the app .... one day when I went to check my rota etc it printed to change my password, before I got to do it, it locked me out and I can’t get back in ..... is there some sort of way to help fix this issue as I really need to be on the app ....

The whole concept would be amazing. However the developers have not spent the time require.
If the developers can work on the constant app crashes, The feature “keep me logged” actual does what it says this app could be pretty decent. It’s annoying as the app is the only way to input holiday planning.

Worsts I’ve ever used
I’ve used Fourth Hospitality and several others over the years that have been amazing. This is my first time with MyEPS and honestly after 3 months mostly trying to use it I’ve never had so many issues. Constantly crashing and down so can’t log in. Waiting 20 mins after 3 attempts at the right login details. Very temperamental with a cheap and tacky UI interface. I wouldn’t recommend this software at all. On a positive note the idea and concept is there it just needs a vast overhaul of the UI to make it more presentable and user friendly. Why also have a keep logged in feature if it doesn’t keep me logged in. No offence but I’m shocked at how bad and unresponsive this application is. I hope my work wakes up and moves to another solution can’t deal with such a poor app. I’ve given a 1 star review and I’m not usually that harsh but this is terrible and unusable and vastly unprofessional in my opinion with all due respect.

This is a nightmare ........... constantly crashing. Never been so frustrated with an app in my life.
Rubbish.
Never lets me log in. Takes 30+ attempts. Have to uninstall app & re load. Worst app I've ever used. Been awful for the whole 2 months I've had it.
