Considering that Eroad is installed most trucks these days. The MyEroad is to be kind a joke. GPS tracking is way out of where a truck, trailer etc is located. Total joke. Eroad also inaccurate to be kind. While driving with cruise control enabled, to jump plus or minus 10kmh at places is unacceptable, knowing that nothing has changed in road conditions, use of accelerator or any other influences. Just totally unacceptable as we drivers are judged, monitored etc by an ad best unreliable system. Rucs another issue, Eroad reports out of Rucs, knowing that an automatic system is in place purchasing Rucs when required, because of this unable to login as a driver. Seriously WTF? There is a need to have an accurate and better system

Do not install these devices
As an ex fleet manager and now working for a company that has rolled out e-road, my advice to anyone considering this system is to run.
Run far away.
Things single handedly the WORST fleet system I have ever used.
Not only is thing almost completely unresponsive every day to the point you feel like you will poke your finger through the screen trying to get it to respond (and a 30 second delay is apparently normal), the level if inaccuracy in its database is downright dangerous.
The warnings for things like speed, cornering etc are a joke and are a distraction to the driver.
I would give this 0 stars if I could, and if you are starting a new job and see one of these in a fleet car, either ask for a car allowance or find a new job with a company that care about how their users interact with the fleet cars as these will cause anxiety frustration and anger to anyone that has to use it every day.

Map becomes a google link not a map
When getting directions. App updates maps and becomes a google shortcut and eroad goes away. Phone restart required each time.

App in desperate need of an update (5-6 months)
Stuck on a date every time you log in with the same vehicle, having to search todays date aswell as the vehicle. Otherwise, perfect for everyones needs :)
