Glitches all the time.
I have to have this app because my daughter’s school uses it. I can never access it. It says ‘failed to load data’ and then I cannot access anything. I have looked for advice online and nothing helps. I would just delete it but I have to access it. It’s an absolute nightmare.
Painful to log in
It’s logged me out and won’t accept my details to log back in. No forgot password button. Website no help either. Now can’t access my account!

This app never works! Never get the emails from school and when I go on the app it always says ‘feature not currently active’.
Logs me out
Whenever I relaunch the app I have to sign in again it is very annoying
Poorly designed and executed.
App doesn’t remember your log in details and there is no forgotten password facility on the log in page.
