MyEyeGoal

MyEyeGoal is your portable eye-care companion. Connect to your eye doctor's practice and keep your prescriptions, exams, appointments, and glasses orders in one place, wherever you go. • Create a secure account and connect to your practice by scanning a code or searching by name • Check in for your visit from your phone, or show your My ID at the front desk • Track your glasses order from the lab to ready-for-pickup • See your latest glasses prescription and exam history, and share it anywhere you buy eyewear • Ask EyeGoal — a helper that answers questions about your own record Your information is private: only the practice you connect to can see your details, and your prescription is never shared with a lab. MyEyeGoal works with participating EyeGoal practices.
